Hi! My name is Jessica and I’m a volunteer with the Harford County Humane Society.
From my experiences within the organization, I really saw the need for an open forum to have discussions about the needs, wants, and use for changes! I have heard from a lot of volunteers who have had a great ideas or some communication frustrations- get it all out folks- but in a mature, civil manner please.
I really look forward to an exciting and energized community of staff & volunteers with an appreciation of all the hard work each one of us puts in without any attitude or egos involved. After all, this isn’t about us humans, we do it to benefit the animals that are lucky enough to be at the Humane Society instead of lost, on the street, or being abused. Never forget that folks.
